Nupur is a passionate advocate for cultural values that centre on diversity and inclusion, energy for performance, wellbeing, and sustainability. She is multilingual, has knowledge of six languages and has lived in several countries. Her corporate and consulting career includes some of the most recognised brands and retailers in the world such as: Coca-Cola, GlaxoSmithKline, Bacardi, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, PepsiCo, Starbucks and many other UK, Pan-European, Asian, and North American organisations.

Today, Nupur is the founder of Split Second Ltd., an IMPACT growth strategy consultancy committed to scale profit with purpose to deliver the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. She believes that businesses need to abandon a one- size-fits-all approach. Instead, they must take urgent responsibility for global challenges such as the climate crisis, rising inequality and socio-economic issues that ultimately affect us all, but by addressing them offer many lucrative opportunities.
